Anniston, AL – The Public Library of Anniston-Calhoun County will host a Winter Book Sale on Saturday, February 7, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its main location, 108 E. 10th Street in Anniston.
The sale will feature a selection of books available at discounted prices, with hardcovers priced at $2 and paperbacks priced at $1. The event is open to the public and will run for a total of six hours.
Members of the Friends of the Library organization will receive an additional benefit during the sale, with a 75% discount applied to the total purchase price. Individuals who are not currently members may join the Friends of the Library either online or in person at the library’s main Circulation Desk. Annual memberships begin at $10 for individuals.
The Winter Book Sale is part of the library’s ongoing efforts to promote reading and community engagement while supporting library programs and services through Friends of the Library fundraising initiatives.
