EASTABOGA, AL — Saved & Southern will host a “Farm Bags” sewing class on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Rainbow Omega.
The event, titled “2nd Sat Sewing Class – FARM BAGS!,” will be led by Michelle Payne and is designed as a hands-on class where participants can create reusable farm-style shopping bags. Organizers said two bag options will be presented during the class.
The cost is $25 per sewist, and all supplies will be provided. Participants may bring their own sewing machines if they choose, although organizers noted it is not required.
Seating for the class is limited, and advance reservation with pre-payment is required. Payment options include Zelle, PayPal, or cash payments made at Rainbow Omega. Organizers ask attendees to message Saved & Southern to request an invoice and payment link.
The deadline to reserve a seat is May 7, 2026.
Organizers also noted that refunds will not be offered; however, participants who are unable to attend may pick up their kits for up to one week following the class.
