JSU has launched the a plan to support the JSU nursing program while leaving a legacy through the university’s new Take a Seat campaign. With renovations underway at the JSU South Complex, four new 125-seat classrooms are slated for construction. To support the project, a fundraising campaign has been launched. With a tax-deductible gift of $250, you can get a seat in one of the classrooms named in honor of yourself or a loved one. If you visit the fundraising site the species are listed as:
Take a Seat! Add your name, or honor your friends and family, by purchasing a seat in the newly renovated nursing classrooms at Jacksonville State University. A chair can be purchased for $250 and will include a plaque honoring your donation.Why “Take a Seat”?Naming a chair in the new nursing classrooms serves as a unique and personalized gift, for yourself, or to honor someone who loves JSU Nursing.*Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your requested seating location; however, we reserve the right to assign your plaque to a chair. Naming rights are assigned for a minimum of 5 years, and donations are tax deductible.
