OXFORD — The Oxford Performing Arts Center and the City of Oxford will welcome the award-winning family group, The Isaacs, for a special performance on Sunday, October 5, at 7 p.m. The concert will take place at OPAC, located at 100 E Choccolocco Street in downtown Oxford.
