Practice propagation with us in June’s Third Thursday in the Gardens! In this program, guests will focus on simple plant propagation with hydrangea cuttings, including when to take cuttings and how to care for them. Attendees will see a simple and easy method of rooting hydrangea cuttings in a plastic bag functioning as a mini-greenhouse. We will provide recycled bags, cuttings, and soil. Make plans to joins for this great program!

Propagation in a Bag is great for the whole family! Pre-registration is required. All pre-registrants will leave the program with three hydrangea propagations. This program is $10 per person. Longleaf Botanical Gardens is open to the public the Third Thursday of the month for self-guided garden tours and plants sales at the greenhouses from 10:00am – 5:00pm.
