Anniston, AL — Multiple Pathways 2 Success (MP2S) is hosting a free, engaging event for children and families starting Saturday, February 15, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 101 W 14th St, Anniston, AL 36201. The “Toxic-Free: Lead Awareness Workshops” will run for three hours and are designed to raise awareness about lead exposure and its impact on health, especially for children.
The workshops provide a fun and interactive experience for young participants, combining hands-on activities and creative crafts to teach the importance of environmental health. Through these activities, children will learn how lead exposure can affect their well-being, while also developing a sense of empowerment and responsibility to protect their environment.
This educational event aims to equip children with the knowledge they need to recognize the hazards of lead and foster healthier, safer living spaces. By engaging young minds in a positive and creative way, MP2S hopes to promote better awareness in the community about lead safety.
Families are encouraged to attend and take part in this free event that combines learning with creativity, helping to build a stronger, healthier future for the next generation.
