The victim, identified as 49-year-old Jimmy L. Mullally, met a fatal end when he was struck by a 2012 Toyota Tacoma driven by 59-year-old Wallace G. Nichols, also a resident of Heflin.
The incident took place on Cleburne County 19 near Cleburne County 42, approximately five miles southeast of Heflin, within Cleburne County.
