Anniston, AL – Both the Anniston Public Library and the Anniston Museums and Gardens are hosting book clubs.
On Wednesday, June 7th from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm will be the Bibliotek Book Club at the Public Library of Anniston-Calhoun County. This club meets the first Wednesday of every month at 12 Noon. On Wednesday, June 7th at 6:00 pm the Berman Book Club will meet at the Anniston Museums and Gardens. Dig deeper and experience history through the lens of historical fiction. Enjoy stimulating conversation and view artifacts from the Berman collection. History comes to life when participants learn the stories behind the events. Pre-registration is encouraged. Berman Book Club is $8 and free for Anniston Museums and Gardens Members. June Selection: Dragonfly by Leila Meacham. The Berman Book Club will return on Tuesday, September 5th to discuss The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett.
