Piedmont, AL – The 2nd Annual Venecia’s Ride Benefit is scheduled for October 5, 2024, in Piedmont, AL, to raise funds for Venecia’s Foundation, an organization dedicated to supporting cancer patients and their families. This year’s event is proudly hosted by Mt. Cheaha Veritas Aequites LERC and Mt. Cheaha Punishers LEMC, inviting the community to join in for a scenic ride and a day of charitable fun.
All vehicles, including motorcycles, are welcome to participate, with registration beginning at 11 a.m. at the gazebo near Venecia’s Foundation building at 108 N Central Center Avenue. Registered riders will receive a BBQ plate featuring a sandwich, chips, baked beans, and a drink.
For those not riding but still wishing to support, BBQ plates will be available for $10. The event will also feature exciting raffle items and door prizes, offering more opportunities for attendees to contribute.
A highlight of the ride is the planned stop at Fruithurst Winery Co., a popular destination that was a favorite in last year’s event.
