Anniston, AL – The Talladega County Sheriff’s notified Central Alabama CrimeStoppers and advised fugitive, Jesse Milan Lewis, 19, has been located and was in police custody.
The Talladega County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance locating Lewis. Lewis was originally wanted for a felony charge with Talladega County.
On July 12, 2023, investigators notified CrimeStoppers and advised Lewis has been located and arrested on unrelated charges by the Anniston Police Department. A hold for Talladega County has been placed on Lewis, and he will be extradited upon his release.
Investigators are not releasing additional details regarding these charges due to this case being an ongoing investigation. Lewis is no longer wanted by law enforcement.
