TALLADEGA NATIONAL FOREST, AL – A 145-acre wildfire continues to burn in the Oakmulgee Ranger Districtof the Talladega National Forest. The USDA Forest Service has deployed additional resources to support fire suppression efforts, with crews working to fully contain the blaze.
Residents near Pondville Lookout may still see smoke, firefighting personnel, and equipment in the area.
