Calhoun County, AL – Residents of Calhoun County are invited to experience a unique and relaxing event combining yoga and art at the beautiful Blackberry Hill Alpacas Weddings & Events on June 8th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Organized by Julie Butler, the Yoga and Paint event promises a serene and creative way to start your weekend.
The event will begin at 11:00 am with a gentle 30-minute yoga practice by a tranquil lake on the picturesque 60-acre farm. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat or blanket for the session. The peaceful setting, surrounded by the farm’s natural beauty, will provide the perfect backdrop for this restorative practice.
Following the yoga session, attendees will have the opportunity to unleash their creativity in a guided painting class. Participants will paint a beautiful sunflower on an 11×14” canvas, which they can take home as a keepsake. The painting class will be a wonderful way to express artistic talents and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow community members.
The cost to participate in the Yoga and Paint event is $25 per person, and reservations are required to ensure that all attendees have the necessary materials and space.
