FabArc Steel Supply Breaks Ground on New Corporate Headquarters

OXFORD, AL — FabArc Steel Supply, Inc. announced plans to break ground on a new corporate headquarters in Oxford on May 11, 2026, marking a major expansion for the employee-owned steel fabrication company.

The new headquarters will be located at 111 Meadow Lane in Oxford and will serve as a centralized location for the company’s administrative and fabrication support operations. According to the company, the facility is designed to support continued growth while creating a more collaborative workspace for employees.

FabArc Steel Supply, founded in 1979 and headquartered in Oxford, is Alabama’s largest steel subcontractor and an American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC)-certified fabrication facility. The company currently operates two manufacturing plants with more than 300,000 square feet of fabrication space and employs more than 300 workers.

Company officials said the new headquarters will total approximately 25,000 square feet and will feature expanded workspaces, multiple conference and meeting rooms, and employee-centered amenities. Planned additions include a lower-level courtyard, recreational areas, a gym, and a safe room.

Construction is expected to begin in mid-May 2026, with the project anticipated to take approximately 12 to 14 months to complete. The general contractor for the project is Goodgame Company, Inc., based in Pell City.

FabArc Steel Supply stated that the new headquarters reflects the company’s long-term investment in both its workforce and its national operations. As a 100% employee-owned company, FabArc said the facility is intended to support future expansion while enhancing workplace culture and operational efficiency.

The company reports an annual production capacity exceeding 40,000 tons of fabricated steel and provides steel fabrication services for projects across the United States.
