Redbird Willow Farm to Host Free Goat Yoga for Grieving Mothers

Grieving moms Goat yoga event

Anniston, AL – Redbird Willow Farm, in partnership with Cyndi Raymond, will host a special evening of connection and healing through a free Goat Yoga event for grieving mothers on Thursday, October 23, from 7–9 p.m. at 1103 Lenlock Lane in Anniston, AL.

This compassionate two-hour event is designed to bring together mothers who have experienced the loss of a child or children. Attendees will have the opportunity to share in gentle movement, mindful breathing, and calming yoga practices—accompanied by the joyful presence of baby goats that roam freely throughout the class.
