OXFORD, AL — Women With A Purpose will host its 2026 WWAP Annual Luncheon on Saturday, April 18, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Oxford Civic Center.
The event, titled “Spill The Tea: What’s In Your Bag?”, is designed as an interactive luncheon experience focused on connection, reflection, and community engagement. According to event details, attendees can expect a tea-inspired meal paired with activities that encourage participants to share personal stories and items that represent their everyday lives.
Organizers describe the luncheon as a high-energy gathering that blends social interaction with meaningful conversation. Through guided prompts and games, participants will explore themes of identity, purpose, and the roles women carry in both personal and professional settings.
Planned elements of the event include a curated tea selection, a styled lunch, raffles, and gift items. The program also aims to provide networking opportunities with women leaders and community members from across the region.
The luncheon serves as a fundraiser to support Women With A Purpose’s ongoing initiatives. These efforts include girls mentorship programs, scholarships, and other community-based outreach designed to empower women and support local development.
The event is open to the public, with tickets available through the organization’s event page. Organizers encourage attendees to dress in tea-themed attire and bring a personal bag as part of the interactive experience.
