ADVERTISEMENT FOR COMPLETION
In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, notice is hereby given that CB&A Construction, LLC., Contractor, has completed the Contract for Sidewalk and Streetscape Improvements Along Magnolia Street and Hood Avenue TAPNU-TA21(900) for the City of Lincoln, Alabama, and has made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify the Project Engineer in writing at: Goodwyn Mills Cawood, 2400 5th Avenue South, Suite 200, Birmingham, AL 35233.
