Alexandria, Jacksonville, and Faith Christian Celebrate Senior Night Victories; Pleasant Valley Battles Hard at DAR

Alexandria, Jacksonville and Faith Christian enjoy victorious senior nights. Also, a report from Pleasant Valley.

ALEXANDRIA — The Valley Cubs celebrated senior night by sweeping Pell City, 25-23, 25-16, 25-12.

Alexandria honored seniors Kylie Jeffers, Sophie Martin and Charlie Parris. The Valley Cub’s top performers:

— Jeffers: six kills, one dig, two blocks, two aces.
— Martin: three kills, 22 assists, two digs, one ace.
— Parris: three kills, one assist, three digs, three aces.
— Zayley Mobbs: four kills, one dig.
— Cali Hess: one kill, three digs.
— Landry Patterson: one assist, nine digs.
— Caylin Adams: Eight kills.
— Brenlee Curvin: Two digs, one ace.
— Lennon Lange: one kill, one dig.
— Marley Edge: one kill, one block.
— Ava Browning: two digs, seven aces.
— Kate Wheeler: three kills.

JACKSONVILLE: The Golden Eagles marked senior night with two sweeps, beating Donoho 25-20, 25-13 and Piedmont 25-19, 25-13.

Jacksonville honored seniors Chloe Henderson, Nyla Hoult, Imani Roberts, Reese Rollins, Sydney Soriano, Mya Swain and Ke’Asiah Williams.

The Golden Eagles’ top performers:

— Henderson: one kill, seven assists, 10 digs.
— Hoult: one ace, 18 kills, one assist, three blocks, 10 digs.:
— Roberts: one ace, one dig.
— Rollins: four kills.
— Soriano: two aces, six kills, 22 assists, three blocks, 12 digs.
— Swain: three aces, 16 kills, one assist, 12 blocks, seven digs.
— Williams: one ace, one kill, five blocks, five digs.
— Layna Wise: two aces, four kills, four assists, one block, five digs.
— Addie Tidwell: one ace.

FAITH CHRISTIAN: The Lions celebrated senior night by beating Ranburne 25-13, 25-23, 25-13.

Faith Christian honored seniors Kayson Cronan and Chloe Crocker. The Lions’ top performers:

— Annie Ricard: 18 kills, eight digs, one ace, one block.
— Kaylee Norton: 30 assists, one kill, eight digs, two aces, one block.
— Kayson Cronan: three kills, 12 digs, two aces.
— Kolee Cronan: three kills, three digs
— Anna Daniel: two assists, seven kills, 16 digs.
— Emma Shaw: two kills, one dig.
— Amy Hubbard: five aces, one kill, one dig.
— Chloe Crocker: one kill, nine digs, one ace.
— Ella Kate Hegeman: one kill, one dig, one ace.

PLEASANT VALLEY: The Raiders fell at DAR 23-25, 15-25, 23-25. Pleasant Valley’s top performers:

— Madison Schwabe: six kills, two aces, 17 digs.
— Ella Parris: five kills, five blocks, five aces, 14 digs.
— Ellie Patterson: six kills, seven blocks, eight digs.
— Zalie Curvin: 10 digs.
— Elise Wheeler: 22 assists, three kills, three blocks, four digs.
— Cailey Almaroad: eight digs.
— Hanna Henry: two kills, two digs.
— Avalyn Patterson: one block.
