Anniston, AL – The Anniston Police released the following information regarding a missing juvenile. Phoebe Moore (16yrs old, 4’9”, 170lbs, bro/bro) was last seen on the night of 05/18/23. She was last wearing a red plaid checkered dress, red shoes with white shoe strings.
