      • Contract Extension Resolution – Counseling Services for Prospective Law Enforcement Officers – Unanimously Approved
        • This contract was extended for two additional one year terms at no change in cost.

        • Calhoun County Community Punishment & Corrections Authority – At Large – Unanimously Approved
          • Amanda Young was selected by Chairman Fred Wilson.
        • MPO Citizens Advisory Committee – District 2 – Unanimously Approved
          • Bill Williams was chow to fill the unexpired term of Julie Borelli.
      • Calhoun County Policy Resolution – Unanimously Approved
        • Slight verbiage changes were made by the human resources department.
    • Public Comments
      • A representative from ASAP spoke to remind all of the upcoming GALA on February 7th at the Oxford Civic Center.
      • Audrey Maxwell with the Chamber of Commerce reminded all of upcoming events and that there was a focus on regional chamber events and not just county.
      • Dr. Reyes spoke of the many successes in the County School system and also discussed upcoming community meetings.
