On Saturday, November 23rd the Jacksonville Arts Council will host its annual Christmas Village.  This event is filled with local vendors who come with variety of goods and crafts.  There are many Christmas and non Christmas items to choose from, so there is something for everyone. Christmas Village is free to the public and will be open from 9am – 3pm.

If you have children please let them know that Santa will be visiting from 9am-12pm and he will be available to have pictures taken.  While your kids wait they can also visit the Children’s room without you. We have provided this special area so kids can choose items while maintaining the surprise they pick out. Everything in this room is $1 per item and allows kids to purchase special presents for their family and friends.  The children’s room will also be open from 9am until noon and will have an adult present at all times. All proceeds go to supporting the local arts programs and Jacksonville Schools.

The local Kitty Stone Singers will be performing as well!

Please come and support your local vendors and arts programs.  Enjoy the entertainment, food and drink, and great Christmas decor!
