Piedmont quarterback Jack Hayes, a finalist for Class 3A Back of the Year that will be announced Thursday, is the Player of the Year and headlines the Class 3A Region 5 all-region team. Saks quarterback Sean Parnell is Offensive Player of the Year. Ohatchee’s Eli Ennis is Defensive Player of the Year.
