May 29, 2025 – Multiple Incidents Reported
Three separate acts of criminal mischief occurred on this date, all currently listed as pending investigations:

  • 8:20 p.m. – Damage to business property reported at Paul Carpenter Village (Case #052500020).

  • 7:30 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. – No specific locations were detailed for these times, but both incidents involved similar classifications and are under review.


Theft of Property

  • Between May 12 and May 20, 2025 – A theft involving miscellaneous property valued between $500 and $1,500 was reported online via email (Case #052500014). The report was filed on May 20 at 12:58 p.m. and remains under investigation.

  • Between May 2 and May 14, 2025 – A more significant theft, classified as second-degree (property valued between $1,500 and $2,500), occurred at the Theron Montgomery Building (Case #052000010). The case has since been closed.


Burglary Incident

  • May 10, 2025 – A second-degree burglary occurred at the Kappa Alpha House between midnight and 10:00 a.m. The report (Case #052500006) was filed later that morning at 10:50 a.m. The case is still pending.


Criminal Mischief and Fraud

  • May 18, 2025 (1:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.) – Criminal mischief involving damage to private property was reported at the Kappa Alpha location (Case #052500011).

  • May 6, 2025 (10:00 a.m. – 10:09 a.m.) – Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card was reported on campus. This case (Case #052500006) was documented on May 8 at 11:04 a.m. and remains under investigation.
