Stress Free Class

JSU’s “Try It Free” program will continue this spring, offering a free online course to current students, alumni, faculty, staff and the public without the cost of tuition, fees or textbooks. 

The course for 2021-2022 is SW 306: Stress, Coping and Resilience – a social work course focused on the impact stress has on physical and mental health, as well as how to cope with stress and become more resilient professionals in the workforce. The 3-credit online course is self-paced and offered as Pass/No Credit.
