OXFORD, AL — The Farm Service Agency (FSA) will host a Producer Exposition on Tuesday, July 21, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Oxford Civic Center. The event is open to farmers and agricultural producers from across the region.
The exposition will feature vendors and informational booths focused on programs, services, and resources available to support agricultural producers. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak with agency representatives, learn about available assistance, and connect with organizations serving the farming community.
Participants are encouraged to visit each booth throughout the event. Door prizes and raffle items will also be available for attendees.
The event will include a presentation by Alabama State Climatologist Dr. Lee Ellenburg, who is scheduled to provide an update on current drought conditions across the state and discuss available assistance options for producers.
Farm Service Agency staff from multiple Alabama counties will be available throughout the day to answer questions and provide assistance. Participating county offices include Calhoun, Chambers, Cherokee, Clay, Cleburne, Coosa, DeKalb, Elmore, Etowah, Lee, Macon, Marshall, Montgomery, Randolph, Russell, Shelby, St. Clair, Talladega and Tallapoosa.
