Cray-Fit Dance Fitness

Get ready to get crazy fit with Cray-Fit Dance Fitness! Led by the energetic instructor Rachel Cramer, these classes offer high-intensity aerobic workouts that blend fitness moves with dance moves. Groove to the beats of your favorite music while torching calories and having a blast. As a bonus, there will be two giveaways this month! Classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The cost is $3 per class or $25 for the month.

Community Yoga
