Jacksonville, AL — The Jacksonville Public Library invites families to an afternoon of enchantment and laughter with Bill Packard the Magic Man: Alive and in Color on Friday, June 6 at 2:00 p.m. at the library, located at 200 Pelham Rd S.
This interactive show is part of the library’s summer reading program and promises to be a highlight of the season. Designed to captivate young audiences and their families, the performance combines mind-bending magic, hilarious comedy, and engaging routines inspired by the summer theme of “Color” and related children’s books.
One of the unique aspects of the show is its interactive nature — several children from the audience will be invited to join the Magic Man “on stage” to help perform tricks, making the event even more memorable and personal.
Library staff encourage guests to arrive early, as doors will close 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
This special event is free and open to the public, offering a fun and educational experience that connects imagination, literacy, and live performance.
