JACKSONVILLE, AL — Starting Wednesday, June 4 at 12 p.m., the Jacksonville Public Library invites families and readers of all ages to enjoy “Lunch Munch Movie,” a weekly film screening held as part of the library’s Summer Reading Program. The event will continue every Wednesday throughout the summer.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own lunch and settle in for a family-friendly movie shown in a relaxed and cool setting inside the library. The weekly screenings are completely free and are designed to keep children engaged with stories during the summer break while also providing a fun midweek activity for all.
“Lunch Munch Movie” is part of the library’s broader effort to promote literacy and learning throughout the summer months. Each film selection complements the Summer Reading Program’s themes and encourages discussion and creativity among young readers.
No registration is required, and families are welcome to attend each week for a new viewing experience.
