JACKSONVILLE — Jacksonville State University (JSU) Police Department is urging students, faculty, and staff to remain vigilant and to promptly report any suspicious or concerning activity. Officials stress that community awareness and timely reporting are critical to maintaining campus safety.
According to the university’s public safety records, several incidents were reported across campus from mid-August through early September 2025. These include thefts, harassment, harassment communications, criminal mischief, underage alcohol possession, assault, and possession of marijuana. Some cases remain pending, while others have been closed following investigation.
