You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, Alabama by Kevin Sampler to quiet title to the above-referenced property. The petitioner asserts sole ownership based on heirship, unchallenged possession, and exclusive tax payments since the passing of his father, to whom the other known heirs relinquished their interest.
You must file any response to this action with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, Alabama within thirty (30) days of the date of the last publication of this notice. Failure to respond may result in a judgment being entered against you and in favor of the Petitioner as to all claims regarding the above-referenced real property.
