In accordance with the Code of Alabama, 1975, notice is hereby given that B&B Developers, LLC, has completed the contract for Chief Ladiga Trail Shared Use Bike Trail (located at 4th St to Northern City Limits), and has made request for final settlement of said contract. This ad will run for four consecutive weeks beginning on Saturday, October 11, 2025 and run thru Sunday, November 9, 2025. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify B&B Developers, LLC at 50 Tomahawk Trail, Anniston, AL 36206.
