You are hereby notified that a Petition for Final Settlement, has been filed in the Probate Court of Calhoun County, Alabama by Tonya Powers Thomas. This matter is set to be heard by Calhoun County Probate Judge Shirley A. Millwood on Thursday, October 27, 2025 at 3:30 PM in the Probate Court of Calhoun County, located at 1702 Noble Street, Anniston, AL 36201.
The Petitioners are requesting that the Court close the Estate of Decedent Josephine W. Wilson. or, in the alternative, be relieved of their duties in the administration of the same. Should you have any opposition to the Petitioner’s Motion, your participation in the subject hearing is required.
