TO: The heirs and next-of-kin of Decedent Melanie Dawn Trantham:
You are hereby notified that a Petition for Final Settlement of Decedent’s Estate and Motion
for Hearing to Determine Heirship, has been filed in the Probate Court of Calhoun County,
Alabama by Douglas A. Dellaccio, Jr. This matter is set to be heard by Calhoun County Probate
Judge Shirley A. Millwood on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the Probate Court
of Calhoun County, located at 1702 Noble Street, Anniston, AL 36201.
The Petitioner is requesting that the Court amend the previous determination of Heirs due
to other previous heirs being deceased and discharge Karen Denise Hicks from her duties in the
administration of Estate of Decedent Melanie Dawn Trantham. Should you have any opposition to
the Petitioner’s Motion, your participation in the subject hearing is required.
