Anniston, AL – On Saturday, August 26th at 5:00 pm the Miss Oxford Volunteer Pageant comes to
JSU McClellan Theater. The Miss Alabama Volunteer organization is a nonprofit that awarded over $4 million in scholarships this year per the organization’s facebook page. They are also a statewide, service-oriented scholarship program seeking to empower young women through education and opportunity. Not only is it the goal Miss Alabama Volunteer to be an important member of the community, but to also be vital to the education of the young women of our state through awarding cash and in-kind scholarships to contestants who compete in both the Miss and Teen divisions.
The three title are being awarders are: Miss Oxford Volunteer, Miss Oxford Teen Volunteer, and Miss Oxford Camellia Teen.
