Scott was placed there following time served in the Mobile County Metro Jail for third‑degree domestic violence. After leaving the jail, he was transferred under court order to the Anniston program before his escape charge was issued.
Scott now faces a third-degree escape warrant related to his unauthorized departure. Authorities describe him as a resident of Mobile, Alabama, and emphasize the seriousness of his escape given the initial sentencing context.
