Oxford, AL – The Oxford Parks and Recreation Department will host its annual Valentine Senior Adult Day on February 9, 2026, at the Oxford Civic Center.
The free event is open to senior citizens and will feature live entertainment by Alabama Rain with Ryan Robertson. Planned activities include a complimentary sack lunch, the crowning of a King and Queen, door prizes, giveaways, and additional activities throughout the morning.
According to organizers, last year’s Valentine Senior Adult Day drew more than 250 attendees.
The Valentine celebration is one of two free senior-focused events hosted annually by the Parks and Recreation Department at the Civic Center. Registration for the event will begin at 8 a.m., with the program starting at 9 a.m.
The Oxford Civic Center is located at 401 McCullars Lane.
