PIEDMONT 77,SYLVANIA 60: Cole Wilson and Jaylen Brown scored 20 points apiece to lead Piedmont to victory in Guntersville’s Supreme Courts tourney.

Wilson hit six 3-pointers, and Brown hit one.

Piedmont’s other top performers:

—Ishmael Bethel: 13 points (one 3-pointer).
—Colton Proctor: 10 points (one 3-pointer).

WELLBORN 50, WOODLAND 33: Jackson Long had a strong overall performance for Wellborn, with 10 points, seven rebounds and five steals.

Wellborn’s other top performers:

—Ray Williams: 12 points, four rebounds.
—Ollie Boot: 11 points, five steals.

ALEXANDRIA 69, DECATUR 64, OT: Jaylen Henderson scored 22 points to lead the Valley Cubs to victory in Guntersville’s Supreme Courts tournament on Friday.

Alexandria’s other top performers:

—Drake Davis: 16 points (one 3-pointer).
—Cleat Forrest: 15 points (one 3-pointer).
—Quendavion McDowell: nine points.

ALEXANDRIA 66, SARDIS 64: Quendavion McDowell and Drake Davis scored 20 points apiece, and Alexandria won in Guntersville’s Supreme Courts tourney Wednesday.

Davis hit two 3-pointers and eight of 12 free throws.

—Jaylen Henderson: 11 points.

JACKSONVILLE 60, SARDIS 53, OT: Halaina Lozano found the mark from the 3-point arch Friday, hitting five en route to 18 points as Jacksonville won in Etowah’s Christmas tourney.

—Alexis Phillips: 15 points, seven rebounds, three steals.
—DeAsia Prothro: eight points.
—Mya Swain: six points, 10 rebounds.

ANNISTON 33, GADSDEN CITY 30: Playing in its own Christmas Tournament, Anniston got 13 points with four 3-pointers from A’Kayla Perry.

MARIANNA, Fla. — Playing in the Optimist Christmas Invitational at Chipola College, Oxford backed up Wednesday’s rout of Bishop Kenny, of Jacksonville Fla., with a 55-30 rout of Sneads on Thursday.

—T.J. Allen: 12 points (two 3-pointers).
—Macus Perry, Jr.: 11 points (one 3-pointer).
—Anthony Bush: 10 points.

JACKSONVILLE 55, EAST FORSYTH 44: Playing in Etowah’s Christmas tourney in Guntersville, Aaron Nixon hit four 3-pointers while leading Jacksonville with 15 points.

—Ky’dric Fisher: 12 points (two 3-pointers).
—Devin Barksdale: seven points, five assists.
—Sean Herbert: four points, 11 rebounds, one block.

SARDIS 52, PIEDMONT 46: Piedmont fell in the Supreme Courts tourney, in Guntersville. Piedmont’s top performers:

JACKSONVILLE 60, GLENCOE 40: Also playing in the Etowah Christmas tourney, Alexis Phillips hit two 3-pointers on the way to 22 points to lead Jacksonville. She also had five rebounds and two steals.

—Mya Swain: seven points (one 3-pointer).

ANNISTON 56, BESSEMER CITY 11: Playing in its own Christmas tourney, Anniston got 16 points with one 3-pointer from A’Kayla Perry.

—Serena Hardy: eight points (one 3-pointer).

SOUTHSIDE WINS TWO: Southside’s girls (14-2) won twice in Thompson’s Warrior Classic, beating Hueytown 71-53 and Orange Beach 45-35. The Panthers will play Thompson on Friday at 11:30 a.m.
