ANNISTON, AL – The Public Library of Anniston-Calhoun County will welcome the community for a day of holiday fun, shopping, and reading at its annual Christmas Bazaar and Book Sale on Saturday, November 1, at 108 E. 10th Street in Anniston. The public event will run for six hours and is open to all ages.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of activities throughout the day, including live Christmas music performed by the Cheaha Brass Quintet at 1:30 p.m. The event will feature artisans, craftsmen, and merchants offering handmade goods and holiday treasures, creating a festive shopping experience.
The Library Bookstore will host its Fall Book Sale, with hardcovers priced at $2 and paperbacks at $1. Members of the Friends of the Library will receive 50% off their total book sale purchase. Individuals interested in joining can sign up online at publiclibrary.cc/friends or at the main circulation desk. Memberships start at $10 per year.
In addition to the sale, families can enjoy free photos with Santa—just bring a personal camera to capture the moment. Admission to the event is free for everyone.
