EASTABOGA, AL — Rainbow Omega will welcome visitors to its annual Blueberry Hill event on Saturday, June 13, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its campus located at 100 Hope Drive in Eastaboga.
The family-friendly event will offer guests the opportunity to pick fresh blueberries directly from the bushes or purchase pre-picked berries. Organizers say the event is designed to provide a fun outdoor experience while showcasing the blueberry fields and other attractions on the property.
In addition to blueberry picking, the event will feature food trucks, children’s activities, and blueberry-inspired dishes. Visitors will also have the opportunity to browse Rainbow Omega’s Garden and Gift Shop, which offers plants, gifts, and other specialty items.
A blueberry-themed photo area, including a large berry basket display, will be available for guests wishing to capture memories from the event.
Admission to the event is free and open to the public.
Rainbow Omega is a nonprofit organization that provides residential, vocational, and community services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
