    • Mayor Jack Draper – Present
    • Ward 1 Councilman Jay Jenkins – Present
    • Ward 2 Councilman Demetric D. Roberts – Present 
    • Ward 3 Councilwoman Ciara Smith – Absent
    • Ward 4 Councilwoman Millie Harris – Present
  • Adoption Of Agenda – Unanimously Approved 
  • Public Hearings
    • To receive public comments regarding a Non-profit Special Events Retail License for the Medical Center Memorial Foundation DBA The Garden Jubilee inside the corporate city limits.
      • Lagina Fillingim asked for the block in front of the Kress to be closed on May 4th for their Garden Jubilee. This is the largest fundraiser of the year.
    • To receive public comments regarding a Non-profit Special Events License for the Anniston Calhoun Junior Service League Inc DBA Designer Handbag Bingo inside the corporate city limits.
      • A representative spoke about the annual fundraiser event that is being held.
  • Motions
    • A motion to approve a Non-profit Special Events Retail License for the Medical Center Memorial Foundation DBA The Garden Jubilee inside the corporate city limits. – Unanimously Approved 
    • A motion to approve a Non-profit Special Events Retail License for the Anniston Calhoun Junior Service League Inc DBA Designer Handbag Bingo inside the corporate city limits. – Unanimously Approved 
  • Jackson Hodges spoke on a Main Street Event on May 5th. Main Street America will come as part of their National Conference. The public was invited out around 2:00 pm. There will be a tour that follows.
