Anniston, AL – On Sunday, June 4th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm the Loc Kingdom have have created a successful hair show titled “I Am Not My Hair.” Through their presentation it is their desire to open one of the many doors that will build self confidence and most importantly self awareness by providing an environment in which their audience can obtain direct contact with various community service providers while enjoying live entertainment. The invitations for various media outlets will allow all in attendance an opportunity to have direct resources as per need. The rationale behind this The Hair show is to promote self-awareness A Spread Love Peace A Joy throughout the community.
Patrice Lovely, who plays “Hattie Mae” in Tyler Perry’s Madea franchise, will be the emcee for a hair show in Anniston on June 4 at the Anniston Meeting Center. Victoria Hilton from the Discovery Plus reality show “Serving The Hamptons” is also expected to be present, and there will be live band musical selections. The show will also provide scholarships for one male and one female high school senior passionate about hair. Recipients of the scholarships will have the ability to choose any cosmetology school in northeast Alabama.
