Oxford, AL – Country music veteran Trace Adkins will take the stage at the Oxford Performing Arts Center on Friday, January 16, 2026, for an evening performance presented as part of the Webb Concrete Classic Country Series. The event is hosted by Oxford Performing Arts Center in partnership with Webb Concrete & Building Materials.

Adkins’ career spans nearly three decades, during which he has sold more than 11 million albums and charted 40 singles on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart. He has earned numerous industry awards, multiple GRAMMY nominations, and more than two billion global streams. A member of the Grand Ole Opry for over 20 years, the Louisiana native is known for his deep baritone voice, high-energy live performances, and long-standing presence in both music and entertainment.

He first rose to prominence with his 1996 debut album Dreamin’ Out Loud, which included the Top 5 hit “Every Light in the House” and the chart-topping single “This Ain’t (No Thinkin’ Thing).” Over the years, Adkins has blended traditional country influences with a playful, crowd-pleasing style, producing well-known songs such as “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk” and “Hillbilly Bone,” the latter a collaboration with Blake Shelton.

In 2021, Adkins released The Way I Wanna Go, a 25-song project celebrating the 25th anniversary of his debut. The album, produced by Mickey Jack Cones and Derek George, features a wide range of guest artists and has been praised for its stylistic diversity and expansive sound. Adkins continues to tour nationwide, performing headline shows across the country.

The Oxford performance is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and is expected to showcase a mix of Adkins’ signature hits along with selections from his later work.
