Anniston, AL – Live Well Alabama will host a multi-part educational series focused on nutrition, food safety, and active living beginning Thursday, January 8. The sessions will be led by Dylan Hurst of the Alabama Cooperative Extension System.
The series is designed to provide participants with practical tools for improving everyday health habits. Topics will include learning new recipes, setting personal health goals, understanding food recalls and food safety practices, and exploring ways to incorporate smart eating and physical activity into daily routines.
Sessions will be held every Thursday from 1–2 p.m. and will continue through February 12. The program is structured as a guided journey toward healthier lifestyle choices, encouraging participants to make gradual, sustainable changes. Participants who complete the series may be eligible for up to three rewards.
The program is open to community members interested in learning more about healthy eating, food awareness, and active living in an educational setting.
