Anniston, AL – The program, titled “Third Thursday: Pruning,” is scheduled for Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the museum complex located on Museum Drive in Anniston.
The session will be led by Jacob Turner, a Home Horticulture Extension Agent, who will cover the basics of pruning both ornamental plants and select fruit-producing plants. The program is designed to provide practical guidance for gardeners of all experience levels, focusing on proper techniques and seasonal considerations.
Admission for the program is $5 per person, with free entry for Anniston Museums and Gardens members. The Third Thursday series is part of the museum’s ongoing efforts to offer educational programming related to gardening, horticulture, and environmental stewardship.
