Oxford, AL – Following a tragic accident in the vicinity of Hwy 202 and Bynum Blvd, the Oxford Police Department has released details regarding the incident. Captain Daniel Phipps of the Oxford Police Department confirmed that the Traffic Homicide Unit was summoned to the scene to initiate an investigation.
The accident, which occurred yesterday, resulted in one fatality and left three individuals injured, all of whom are minors. The victim of the fatal collision has been identified as Gannite Jamal McGregor, aged 38, hailing from the Anniston/Oxford area.
